The Organic German Bakeshop has been the very first organic bakery to open in New Delhi. It combines the traditional art of German Baking with a clear future oriented engagement for a sustainable use of nature and its resources. 

Since May 2012, Organic German Bakeshop became the unit of Brown Bread Bakery and Organic Food Pvt. Ltd., in Delhi which produces fresh bakery products and a broad range of packed food, such as grissini, organic honey, jam and Muesli.

This company was founded to support the projects of Learn For Life Empowerment Project. All of our profits are used to support Learn for Life Empowerment Project. We also provide employment opportunities, vocational training and technical training for ex-students, family members of students, and community members.

At present, we started a collaboration with 3 different shelter homes for homeless youth in Delhi which has proved successful. We provide 18 years-old boys and girls with free bakery vocational training for 3 hours a day, in order to help them acquiring useful skills which will ultimately benefit them once they will have to leave the shelter home after turning 18 years-old.
